What we make
Re-pads (reinforcing pads) for nozzles and branch connections, rolled pipe sections, reducers and transitions built as cones, and other plate-built piping components. Re-pads are cut and formed to fit the pipe or shell they go on.
One shop, start to finish
Cutting, rolling, forming and ASME code welding all happen at 1645 Hill Rd.
Materials
Carbon steel, PVQ plate, stainless steels, chromoly steels and high-nickel alloys.
Questions buyers ask
Can you roll re-pads to match the shell?
Yes. Give us the shell or pipe diameter and we form the pad to fit.
Do you make reducers?
Concentric and eccentric reducers are built as cones; see our cones page.
What should I send?
Drawings, material, thickness, quantity and need-by date.
