- ASME pressure vesselsPressure vessel shells and tank shells, rolled from plate on our 12 ft Bertsch roll and welded to ASME code at 1645 Hill Rd.
- Concentric & eccentric conesRolled, formed and welded cones for vessels, hoppers, stacks and transitions, cut from plate and built to your dimensions.
- ASME cylinders & shellsASME cylinders and tank shells rolled from plate up to 1¾ in. thick, welded and shipped from our North Houston shop.
- Plate rollingOur 12 ft wide Bertsch plate roll takes steel and alloy plate up to 1¾ in. thick. Bring us plate to roll, or let us cut, roll and weld the whole part.
- Crimp plates & press brakeSteel and alloy plate bent and formed on two big press brakes: a 1,000 ton Pacific at 15 ft and a 500 ton Steel Weld at 20 ft.
- Plate cuttingA 15 × 40 ft Burny plasma and oxy-fuel table that burns carbon steel up to 5 in. thick, for blanks, rings, flanges, cone patterns and parts cut to your file.
- Stairs & platformsStairs and access platforms for plants, tanks and equipment, cut, formed and welded to your drawings in our North Houston shop.
- Piping components & re-padsPlate-built piping components, reinforcing pads and the rolled and formed parts that go with them, made to your drawings.
