Plasma and oxy-fuel plate cutting
A 15 × 40 ft Burny plasma and oxy-fuel table that burns carbon steel up to 5 in. thick, for blanks, rings, flanges, cone patterns and parts cut to your file.
What we cut
Blanks for rolling and forming, rings and flanges, cone patterns, re-pads and plate parts cut to your drawing or DXF. Thin and medium plate runs on plasma; thick carbon steel goes on oxy-fuel, up to 5 in.
Plate processing
Cutting is usually the first step of a bigger job. After the burn table we can roll, form, straighten and weld the part in the same shop, so you deal with one supplier.
Materials
Carbon steel up to 5 in. thick on oxy-fuel. For stainless and alloys, tell us the grade and thickness.
